I usually always whip it up, but as many of you have been asking me for good smoothie bowl recipes, I thought why not create a guide for you? Read through the blogpost and make your own recipes out of it. Enjoy!
Base
- 1 Frozen Banana + 1/2 fresh banana OR
 - 1 cup Frozen Mango OR
 - Vegan yoghurt
 
Fruit
- Frozen raspberries AND/OR
 - Frozen blueberries AND/OR
 - Frozen blackberries AND/OR
 - Frozen pineapple AND/OR
 - Frozen mango
 
Greens
- Spirulina (1 teaspoon) AND/OR
 - Spinach (1 handfull) AND/OR
 - Zucchini (1 small piece) AND/OR
 
Add if desired
- Vegan Protein
 - Maca powder (great for hormones)
 - Date (for extra sweetness)
 - Avocado (for extra creaminess)
 - Aloe Vera (great for digestion)
 - Ginger (anti-inflammatory)
 - Cacao (full of magnesium)
 - Mint
 
Liquid
- Water (I prefer)
 - Any type of plant-based milk

Very Berry
- 1 frozen banana
 - 1/2 fresh ripe banana
 - Frozen raspberries
 - Frozen wild blueberries
 - 1 teaspoon spirulina
 - 1 tablespoon cacao powder
 - Water
 
Blueberry Cloud
- 1 frozen banana
 - 1 fresh banana
 - 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
 - Scoop vegan protein powder
 
Sweet Green
- 1 frozen banana
 - Frozen Mango
 - 1 handful fresh spinach
 - Small piece avocado
 - Splash lemon
 - 1/2 teaspoon spirulina
 - Some mint leaves
 - Water
 
Banana Cream
- 1 + 1/2 frozen banana
 - 1 fresh banana
 - 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
 - 1 tablespoon vegan protein powder
 - Water if needed
